    • Location: Western United States
    • Price: Market
  • Retail Shopping Centers, Strip Centers, Free Standing Building, Single Tenant Buildings
    • Size: 5,000 sq. ft. to 200,000 sq. ft.
    • Zoning: General Commercial and/or Retail and Restaurant uses
    • Location: Western United States
    • Physical Quality: A/B/C
    • Price: $500,000 to $25,000,000, Market Cap rates depending on quality
    • Upside Potential through repositioning, remodel, value-add opportunities
    • Anchored and Unanchored, or shadow anchored by a national credit tenant
  • Urban Retail & Infill Sites
    • Size: 5,000 sq. ft.  and up
    • Type: Corner locations, Storefronts
    • Physical Quality: A/B/C
    • Pedestrian Traffic, Downtown City Center,
    • Zoning: General Commercial and/or Retail and Restaurant uses
    • Location: Western United States
    • Price: Market Cap Rates depending on quality
  • Distressed Property & Loans In Default
    • Individual properties or Portfolios
    • 1st Notes only
    • California only
    • $500,000 to $15,000,000
