Empire has enjoyed long standing and fruitful brokerage relationships with many retail leasing and investment brokers at Epsteen & Associates, CB Richard Ellis, Terranomics, Retail West, Grubb & Ellis, Colliers, Sperry Van Ness, Hanley and many others. We are continually seeking to develop new relationships within the leasing and investment brokerage community.  Empire views the brokers with whom we work not as liaisons during the purchase and sale or lease process or as marketing experts, but as partners. We look to form long term relationships, benefiting both parties equally. Empire does not share in brokerage commissions or seek to “bypass” brokers; rather we actively support the brokerage community by listing our properties with outside brokers. In fact, as a sign of our loyalty, we almost always list our properties with the same broker from whom we purchased the deal.
